Due to the fact that custom packaging items are produced according to your approved specifications, they are typically not returnable nor refundable once production has begun. We advise customers to read all artwork, sizes, text and design files carefully before completing orders. Best Price Packaging will not be liable for any resulting issues after approval of the proof by customer such as low quality image file, color shifted on an artwork, wrong orientation as stated above.

If you get a damaged, defective, or substantially different from what you approved item, contact our customer support within 7 business days of delivery, so we can work out the best way for us to make things right. When you submit a claim, please photograph the product, explain the problem in detail and include your order number. If there is an issue with the file, You can request revision or a retest of the model for free. We will look at it and let you know weather a reprint, partial refund or replacement is merited.

Please be aware that differences in color may exist due to slight variations and/or differences in material contrast and are not considered to be defects.
