When an order is placed, we will review the related information and start processing. All orders are subject to acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in our sole discretion, including due to:

You are required to pay via the payment methods on our website. Customized Product Guidelines
Best Price Packaging carries custom-made items, is one of many suppliers. This includes graphics, printing, size modification and special finishing. Once we begin building the custom product, orders cannot be altered, refunded or cancelled.
The customer is responsible for having all content submissions correct and proper format for printing, as well as guaranteeing the quality of all submitted artwork / design. Although we may conduct a simple file check, but are not responsible for problems regarding low resolution images, color matching or design and choice by the customer. Actual printed colors may vary slightly due to differences in printing and materials.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship our packages with reliable carriers who make sure your items get to you in good condition. Estimated transit times are offered as a reference only and do not guarantee arrival in any specific timeframe due to variables including weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen events. Best Price Packaging is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.
All Shipping damage, Lost, or delivery Problems need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. In the rare occurrence of getting damaged merchandise, we will handle everything from filing a claim to full replacement of items.
If your shipment arrives and it has apparent damage, be sure to photograph and note that when you sign the form, then notify our staff by email or phone within 48 hours so we can resolve with the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Our packaging products are custom-made items and, therefore, most orders cannot be returned or refunded. In the event a product is damaged or materially different from the proofs approved by the customer, we will review and determine an equitable resolution in the Customer’s sole discretion, which may include a partial refund, printing of a new product or replacement.
If you would like assistance with a damaged order, please email us grievance sales@bestpricepackaging.com with clear photographs and a written explanation within 3 business days of receipt. Claims will not be eligible for review if filed more than 3 working days after this date.
Only a refund is not the solution. Contact us. If the mistake is from our side, we will offer you a free reprint.
Limitation of Liability
Best Price Packaging shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages for the use of products sold on our website, even if Best Price Packaging has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our obligation is restricted to the value of the order in question. We will not be responsible for the uninterrupted availability of our website or the absence of any errors and security breaches, and we also cannot guarantee that our site is free from all known viruses, but we do take measures to have a saf,e good working environment.
